Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Customer's account must be in good standing
  • Service must not be used
  • Service malfunctions or doesn't work as described

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It's important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn't work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the service is not working.

A refund will NOT be issues for the reasons of "I forgot to cancel" or anything along those lines. We provide a simple one-click cancellation capability within our members area that is available for all members with an active subscription or payment profile.

We are more than willing to work with any members on any products they have purchased that they may not be happy with. However, any dispute filed with Stripe or any payment processor we may use, will immediately and indefinitely result in account suspension across the entire network of NewFire Marketing websites. Disputes not only cost us money, but they tarnish our reputation with any payment providers. Our aim is and always will be to provide the best products and services and we will strive to achieve that.

All refunds take 5-10 business days to process and be received by your bank.
